仕事内容	・Assist and support Risk Management Team managers responsible for deal structuring, underwriting and closing, lead arrange, and participation cashflow based debt transactions (primarily leveraged finance and corporate lending) across Asia Pacific Region. ・Working alongside senior team members specific duties would include: identifying key risks and mitigates; conducting thorough industry research and concise business analysis of companies; preparing credit requests; managing the internal approval process; negotiating documents; and closing transactions. As part of the process, attend investment committee meetings, and work closely with the head of the underwriting team and Chief Risk Officer to determine deal viability. ・Assist and support Portfolio Management Leaders responsible for the monitoring and reporting on assigned accounts and providing advice and recommendations on portfolio management, including statistical modeling, compliance with established risk standards, account management logistics, customer retention and identification of opportunities for cross sales
必要経験	・A bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business with 6-7 years experience in financial services, corporate finance, banking, private equity or/and Risk Management ・Understanding of structuring transactions and/or managing financial asset portfolios; possibly restructuring, collections and work-out experience ・Highly developed interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one additional Asian language ・Possess sound judgment, and have the ability to properly balance business goals with the need to maintain CFS' credit and risk standards ・Ability to develop strong working relationships with business unit managers while maintaining independence ・Excellent analytical skills including financial modeling ・Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks within deadline ・Good computer skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint ・Strong work ethic and commitment ・Flexible travel
