Be a part of investment process and be value added to investment performance. Drive for best execution and comply with regulatory compliance on day-to-day activities. Monitor and manage the best usage of commission according to broker ranking by global portfolio managers.
• Multi asset class (forex, foreign equity, futures, Japanese equity, and fixed-income) trading.
• Lead and drive on achieving best execution for fund managers.
• Efficient and proactive communication with investment team to understand the best execution from their view point.
• Align with the company's global corporate and investment strategies.
• Implement, assure and measure the quality and quantity of trading capacity. Exploit effective and efficient trading capabilities in order to achieve best execution.
• Monitor commission allocation to reward counterpart’s ability in quality of services to global investment teams and its capability in achieving best execution.
• To work with the Head of Trading, Asia Pacific to bring up Asia Pacific trading to world class practice so as to improve competitiveness
Key Results Areas
• Drives the Tokyo trading team as part of investment process. Provides market intelligence and be value added to investment strategies.
• Enables effective communication to global investment teams for better access to global liquidity, investment research and knowledge sharing - 必要経験

• Post-graduate with at least 1 year of trading experience with good references.
• Forex trading experience is preferred.
• Ability of delivering trading strategy with understanding an investment objective.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Forex, Japanese equity trading, market mechanism, trading operations, compliance, electronic trading tools and able to define best execution.
• Good interpersonal and team player and be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external parties.
• Strong communication skill in Japanese and English
• Good PC skill set. Advanced level of Excel (macro) is preferred. - 予定年収
