仕事内容
This is a critical role within the Intermediary Sales Department; managing client account and supporting Head of Intermediary Sales and other senior management people with both the planning and execution of product/client strategies. The position also required to develop the business and relationship with key distributors by providing sales activities and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
・Identifies key decision-makers, established contact and builds personal and trusting relationships and maintains up-to-date knowledge of each client’s organization and strategic direction and probes for opportunities for all the firm.
・Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and services of our firm and identifies needs for new products and works closely with the centralized product development group to meet customer requirements.
・Maintains in-depth knowledge of marketplace and competitive landscape.
・Closely work with Wholesale Solutions, Marketing, Client Service, OAM and other internal stakeholders including overseas offices to meet client’s need and help generate business.
・Ensures that the intermediary investment products and services make our firm a strong competitive market position and leverage our worldwide resources and experience to build a first class intermediary business in Japan.
・Taking the lead on key client accounts for relationship management.
・Supporting the Head of Intermediary Sales with sales and resource planning and similar projects.
・Support other team member for both relationship management and wholesaler activities.
・Support the senior management team.
必要経験
・Strong technical understanding of application support needs for a regional office.
・Extremely client focused the candidate must be able to understand and pro-actively meet client needs.
・Experience in managing critical application projects for clients and being accountable to management.
・Experience in managing a critical services with knowledge of safe change management process and how to pro-actively avoid outages and issues.
・Excellent analytical problem solving skills, able to breakdown complex data and display logical thinking in order to manage content and data.
・Excellent communication skills and experience in providing management reporting
・Well organised self-starter with good attention to detail and project management experience.
・Strong technical understanding of systems and application architecture.
・Fluent in both Japanese and English.
