仕事内容
There are four main functions of our department; 1. Client Services, 2. Sales Support, 3. Client Support and 4. Core Support.
Client services is responsible for providing services to existing DB/CS/OAM(Outsourced Asset Management) clients.
Sales Support is responsible for creating fund value proposition and sales stories of products.
Client Support is responsible for supporting clients’ sales BAU activities.
Core Support is responsible for all deliverables of reporting, data and materials updates.
・Enhance the end-to-end Client Experience through managing the services and supports for existing clients.

・Contribute on Innovation by joining global/local initiatives with KAIZEN mind
・Foster Efficiency improvement with solid quality control of service provisions to meet Fidelity standards
・Collaborate well with People (team members) to build a high performance team

Key Responsibilities
・Manage change activities for clients, such as; On-boarding project, Legal document updates, Termination, In-specie transition
・Validate and sign off client invoice
・Conduct Cash management for institutional clients and fund orders for discretionary investment contract accounts
・Monitor portfolio performance and accounting in detail
・Coordinate performance review meeting for OAM clients, client due diligence and inquiry handling, collaborating with various teams (Investment, Compliance, GBO and etc)
・Work as a partner of DB/CS/OAM sales to support gaining new/additional cash flow in various stages
・Lead projects to make efficiency on client service process ; InfoHub, Billing, Point to PORT
・Arrange the delivery and scheduling of client reporting for DC, DB, CS and OAM Clients
・Prepare both of regular and ad-hoc client reporting and commentary editing
・Analyze new reporting requirement and arrange the new format and feasibility study
・Conduct quality checking before client delivery
・Function as the central point of contact to Dalian reporting team
・Effectively update routine task (comments, product brochures, seminar deck) with Dalian team
・Support Engagement team to coordinate ESG reporting
・Function as center of contact with Global GIPS team and provide composite data to Sales team when required
必要経験
・Preferably degree educated
・Minimum of 5 years experience in asset management industry
・Knowledge of product development, operation and institutional client service
・Solid business communication skills; Business English preferred
・Strong desire to deliver high quality client services
・Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation and reporting
・Ability to manage projects and client accounts successfully to meet expectations
・Team player with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills
・Understanding of the asset management industry and relevant knowledge on the roles and regulations governing asset management and intermediary sales is required
・An inquisitive mind, a love of solving problems and building solutions
・Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
・Ability to discuss technical aspects of a product or service
