- 仕事内容

Production/Operations Management:
・Ensure smooth and effective operations of Trade Initiation and the FX Off-Shift. This includes escalation and resolution of high exposure items and issues.
・Interface with clients, FX Traders, Relationship Managers, and counterparties on all operating issues relating to the firm’s Foreign Exchange Trading activities. Assist in new business development, providing presentations and overviews to prospective clients.
Control/ Operations Control:
・Foster within all teams sound operational control principles. Review and analyze all risk metrics relating to FX activities.
People Management:
・Liaise with other Managers and staff to create a productive and inclusive work environment for all employees
・Supervise, guide and direct all officers, supervisors and staff within the units. Provide for the professional development of all staff through training, performance management and succession planning.
・Develop a qualified successor(s) and partner with HR on recruiting, hiring and orientation.
Process Improvement:
・Develop and maintain a culture of results-oriented, continuous process improvement. This includes developing and achieving goals, challenging all processes, procedures and practices, and focusing on solutions.
Client Service:
・Be accountable for client satisfaction of clients in Japan
・Partner with CSG as well as NY, London and Tokyo to provide consistent support across all FX client, whether custody of 3rd party.
・Be familiar with department, firm and industry initiatives affecting our clients. Gain sufficient knowledge to answer or handle questions and/or issues raised by all clients.
・Conducts client visits, presentations and trainings.
Product Development:
・Ensure standard suite of products is competitive, strategic, well defined and critical to our clients. - 必要経験

・BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
・4 to 6 years of FX, Derivatives or related Financial Services knowledge
・2 to 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
・Operational risk management skills
・People management and development skills.
・Team motivation skills.
・Administrative, organizational and planning skills.
・Relationship and consensus building skills.
・Results orientation.
