- 仕事内容
-
・Work with global and regional heads of CTS to define, plan and execute strategies such as:
1. Financial saving and efficiency improvement
2. People / Talent
3. Vendor sourcing and so on
・Build up financials and headcount requirements through budget and regular reforecast process
・Track departmental performance to budget monthly
・Account for cost explanation to business and agree on cost allocation methodology
・Oversee procurement process
・Support CTS IT management team for MIS reporting, presentation, data consolidation for management review / decision
・Ensure IT governance, compliance and training is compliant by CTS people
・Develop internal work processes and guidelines
・Perform other administrative tasks as required - 必要経験

・Bilingual (Japanese & English) above business fluent level
・Good in Excel and PowerPoint - Require strong data analysis & validation skill and experience
・Team-player with strong and proactive communication skills, able to cascade information effectively to wide range of people at different levels in organisation
・Experience on leading initiatives for staff engagement
・Able to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
・Strategic thinking and also Detail-oriented, persistent
・Can do attitude
・Problem Solve
・Well organized
・Experience in IT organisation
・Background in administration of any business areas
