- Identifies key decision-makers, established contact and builds personal and trusting relationships and maintains up-to-date knowledge of each client’s organization and strategic direction and probes for opportunities for us.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and services of all our companies and identifies needs for new products and works closely with the centralized product development group to meet customer requirements.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of marketplace and competitive landscape.
- Closely work with Wholesale Solutions, Marketing, Client Service, OAM and other internal stakeholders including overseas offices to meet client’s need and help generate business.
- Ensures that the intermediary investment products and services make us a strong competitive market position and leverage our worldwide resources and experience to build a first class intermediary business in Japan.
- Taking the lead on key client accounts for relationship management.
- Supporting the Head of Intermediary Sales with sales and resource planning and similar projects.
- Support other team member for both relationship management and wholesaler activities.
- Support the senior management team. - 必要経験

- Minimum of 5 year experience in financial institutions and
- High level of business communication skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization and client organizations.
- Proactive focus is required with a high degree of responsiveness.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and possesses the ability to think through issues and follow to resolution.
- Proven ability to lead projects and client accounts successfully to meet expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Relevant knowledge of the rules and regulations governing asset management and intermediary sales is required. - 予定年収
