- 仕事内容

・Multi-asset class trading (real time active trades in mainly Japanese and Australian equities, forex, and futures; passive trades in Global equities).
・Efficient and proactive communication with Investment team and trading team.
・Articulate an optimal trading strategy to PM with understanding an investment goal.
・Align with our global corporate and investment strategies.
・Implement, assure and measure the quality and quantity of trading capacity.
・Manage commission allocation to reward counterpart’s ability in quality of services to global investment teams and its capability in achieving best execution.
・Work with the Head of Trading and Global Trading members to bring up to be best-in-class trading.
・Be a part of Global trading initiative project member.
・Be flexible about working day and time to cover multiple countries’ markets with the team member. - 必要経験

・Post-graduate with at least 3-5 years of trading experience with good references
・Algorithmic trading capability is required.
・Ability of delivering trading strategy with understanding an investment objective.
・Comprehensive knowledge of market micro-structure, mechanism, trading operations, compliance, and electronic trading tools.
・Good interpersonal and team player and be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external parties.
・Strong communication skill in Japanese and English.
・Good PC skill set. Excel - Advanced level (able to use formula and functions to run analysis). - 予定年収
