The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and client support responsibilities, including:
• Supporting a team raising capital for our entire suite in Japan.
This may include deeply understanding marketing collateral/presentations and communicating strategy and value propositions to investors in Japanese language. Materials include investor presentations, case studies, pitch-books, DDQs, quarterly reports and letters, investor monitoring requests and other investor communications and analyses;
• Assisting senior sales team to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors. This may include liaising with internal sales force to serve as primary resource for investor/prospect inquiries, appropriately setting up investor meetings in and outside of Japan and attending PM’s roadshow in the region;
• Responding to investors’ inquiries in Japanese if required on an ad-hoc basis; and
• Maintaining CRM system with up to date client information and call reports. - 必要経験

Professional and personal integrity
• Speaking/writing/reading Japanese in native
• 2-5 years of prior experience, preferably within an alternative investment firm (Private Equity or Credit is preferable), fixed income investment firm, investment bank, consulting firm, or other high caliber institutions
• Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn and work well within a team are critical
• Experience in a sales, marketing or other client facing role is a plus, but is not required
• Fluent or business level in English
• Highly proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint - 予定年収
