Product specialist who mainly develops the business in various equity strategies and other risky asset classes suitable for the institutional clients and supports the sales and marketing function in Tokyo and other locations in our group.
・As a product specialist in Tokyo, work closely with Japan institutional Sales teams to promote our in-house and external products, with a special focus on Equity and alternative strategies.
・Work closely with investment teams and the related internal divisions to assist sales in securing mandates for our in-house capabilities and increase our assets under management, as well as retain current assets.
・Provide institutional level coverage and service for existing institutional clients as well as prospects, including the provision of market related information, assisting in the creation of strategy marketing material and responses to RFPs.
・This is a sales support role, and does not entail the provision of financial advice or recommendations to clients - 必要経験

・BA/BS degree in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
・3 years’ experience in a high-quality, multi-product investment firm; preferably with proven expertise in selling complex investment products to clients. Especially Private Asset products.
・Working experience covering institutions in Japan is a plus
・Working knowledge of MS Office, performance analytic tools such as Barra
・Strong communication skills (written and oral in Japanese and English)
・Comprehensive knowledge of financial concepts and investment products
・Must be self-reliant, resourceful and proactive, at the same time a team player who is able to operate credibly and leverage the firm’s resources and global infrastructure
・Highly motivated individual with a commitment to excellence
・Strong interpersonal skills
・Strong project management skills
・Ability to apply and adopt a flexible, creative and proactive approach - 予定年収
