- 仕事内容

In this role, the person will broadly support the Client Manager in Tokyo Client Services Department through the internal / external communication creating the solid relationship, arranging the internal resources and handling various requests/queries from clients (internal & external).
Key responsibilities are;
・Client communication, mainly with the financial institutions
・Query handling from the clients (both internal & external) for day to day account activities (include trading ,operation related queries)
・Support for the fund/account setup client Onboarding - 必要経験

・More than 3 years of experience for the client servicing as well as the operation for the offshore funds at the asset management firm
・Good communication skill
・Collaborative mind-set/Response in a sincere manner
・Business level of English in writing/reading/speaking - 予定年収
