仕事内容
Global Fund Services are an organization within Global Client Servicing Pillar of Service Delivery. The team’s primary function is to provide support for Japanese clients investing into global, or cross-border, funds mainly but not limitedly domiciled in Cayman Islands, for which we provides full services. The targeted clienteles are sophisticated institutional investors who adopt multi-manager strategies for their proprietary investments and large asset managers who gather assets through offshore pooled investment vehicle in order to achieve investment and operational excellence.
The Client Service Senior Representative oversees the fund accounting and administration, transfer agency, and custody activities, of several large, complex funds and/or a group of funds. The position ensures the firm's clients receive accurate and timely data and serves as a point of contact for client daily inquiries. The Client Service Senior Representative reports primarily to one of the Supervisors in Global Fund Services.

Client Servicing
・Field and respond to client inquiries on a daily basis.
・Exhibit a sound understanding of our products and services.
・Work effectively with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution.
・Build good relationship with client’s day-to-day counterparts.
・Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products.

Risk and Control
・Participate in projects including the coordination of audits and risk reviews.

Leadership
・Assist senior team members in the preparation and implementation of client conversions or projects.

Technology and Innovation
・Utilize relevant internal systems to effectively support daily client servicing deliverables and inquiries.
必要経験
・BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration is preferred), and/or equivalent work experience.
・Minimum of 1 to 3 years of fund operation or client servicing experience.
・Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment. .
・Ability to communicate effectively with verbal and written skills both English and Japanese.
・Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment.
・Knowledge of equity, fixed income, foreign exchange and derivative investments.
・Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel and technical proficiency in internal and/or web based systems.
・Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, work flows numeric information and problem solving.
