- 仕事内容

Investment idea generation and portfolio management for the Japanese Equity Target strategy, a flagship equity product at our company. This fund is benchmark agnostic with a deep value investment style. It seeks return opportunity primarily among small/ mid cap companies whose balance sheets present room for shareholder value creation. The strategy takes a 100% bottom up approach with thorough financial analyses and dialogue with corporate.
Research：
・Conduct financial analysis on companies in the team’s research universe
・Research on industry, market and economic environment in relation to the strategy
・Participate in team discussion on investment cases and on the model portfolio
Portfolio Management：
・Manage the Japan Target portfolios jointly as a team following the model portfolio adopted.
・Capture cash activities in the funds and duly allocate or raise cash.
・Monitor the fund performance
・Support process improvement - the integration of the team’s front tools and processes with our company's framework
Others：
・Support the reporting and sales teams in preparing regular/ ad-hoc reports for clients, consultants, and RFPs by contributing commentary and data as required
・Prepare internal meeting materials
・Work together with investment specialist on internal and external communication with consultants, clients, our global affiliates to boost fund asset - 必要経験

・Being able to appreciate and share our responsible investment philosophy
・Strong analytical and independent thinking skills
・Good team player, able to get along with others
・3-10 years of practical experience in financial analysis at asset manager, investment bank, commercial bank, or venture capital; Plus is CFA / CMA [or candidate]
・Practical knowledge of VBA or Python
・Business level English and Japanese - 予定年収
