M&A banker with primary responsibilities to lead execution projects with limited guidance from senior bankers, and take initiative in originating transactions. Expect him/her to lead a team comprised of Associates and/or Analysts, interact with clients and negotiate with counterparties.
1. Lead execution projects
a） Lead a team of Associates and/or Analysts
b） Represent our company in meetings with clients, agents and/or counterparties
2. Take initiative in originating deals
a） Liaise with colleagues in other regions to identify deal opportunities
b） Approach clients to present deal opportunities and/or check strategic interests
3. Build relationships with selected clients
4. Support colleagues in/out of Japan in M&A related matters
5. Support the professional development of junior bankers - 必要経験

・Experience Level： At least 10 years
