- 仕事内容

Channel Marketing;
・As growing businesses in Japan, needs for holding campaigns, arranging logistics and using venders are expected to grow. Raising capacity of campaign/vender management capabilities becomes critical for our future growth.
・Given increasing number of PVs for our Japan website and also as way of reaching out target audiences who are digital savvy generations, greater emphasis on digital marketing capabilities is needed.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign planning and management
・Implementing campaigns/seminars/events including planning, developing program, coordinating the group’s SMEs, scheduling speakers, managing logistics, venues, catering and so on. As needed use and communicate with campaign venders.
2. Digital marketing
・Work closely with the global web team to develop and maintain web contents and structure. Pilot digital communication tools e.g. campaign site, Social network. Coordinate regionally and globally, implement locally and maintain marketing IT tools/solutions. As needed work and manage relevant external venders.
3. Advertisement, PR supports
・Run advertisements both in prints and digitals, including planning, create messaging, working relevant venders. Supports locally media relations and PR. - 必要経験

・Working experience with campaign marketing and vender management at asset management company or the similar financial companies.
・Knowledge of macro economy and financial markets
・Knowledge of investing both equity and fixed income and those investment products/vehicles
・Knowledge of asset management industry and business practices
・Excellent written and oral communication skills
・High PC skills of MS Office series
・High English translation skills
・Team-oriented
・Self-motivated, creative, responsible, with excellent attention to detail
・Creative thinker and problem solver
