仕事内容
The Japan MU Learning and Leadership Development Lead role is an executive/leadership role in HR, pivotal to address our ambitious goals for accelerating Accenture’s growth in Japan. The Japan Learning and Leadership Development Lead will be responsible for defining and delivering a mutli-dimensional learning strategy and exceptional learning experiences to people at all levels in Japan, closely aligned with our strategic business and capability development priorities.
The Japan MU Learning and Leadership Development Lead will report to the Japan MU HR Service Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities
• Define a multi-dimensional learning strategy and curriculum for Japan, aligned closely with the most strategic business and talent priorities and ensure alignment with business strategy and needs. The multiple skill dimensions will include business skills, technology and digital skills, professional skills, language skills, cross-cultural skills, leadership skills and inclusive behaviours
• Maximize learning spend to ensure that it is being utilized for the most important priorities. Drive operational excellence in managing learning budgets, assets and facilities. Plan, forecast, manage, and own capability development budget and oversee its effective utilization
• Create exceptional learning experiences for our people and our leaders
• Collaborate with talent supply chain team, to create and deliver an impactful strategy for reskilling
• Lead the development, customization, and sourcing of content for capability development programs (leveraging Accenture learning and other vendors as appropriate)
• Develop communications strategies to build awareness of the capability initiatives and learning programs available to the organization
• Ensure Accenture's required and priority training programs operate efficiently and meet compliance and attendance targets
• Lead the framework for development, analysis, and reporting of effectiveness and quality measures across all capability programs and interpret evaluation strategies to gauge capability program value

Key relationships
• Build credible, trust based relationships with key business stakeholders, including Japan Service leads, Practice leads, Industry and Function leadership, sponsors for strategic learning priorities and Inclusion and Diversity Sponsor
• Collaborate with Japan Talent Strategist and HR Business Partner and their teams to integrate and embed learning with our talent strategic and with the way we deliver employee experiences and build skills every day
• Partner with Global Learning to build and deploy learning solutions to meet local needs regarding capability development and leadership development (leverage Accenture Learning and other vendors where appropriate). Actively leverage global assets and frameworks where possible
• Manage relationships with Accenture Learning and other shared service delivery centers, ensuring negotiation/evaluation of SLAs and contracts as needed
必要経験
• Prior and deep skills and experiences in learning strategy, leadership development, learning operations, talent management. Well versed with digital solutions for learning
• Experience of working in a professional services company or a technology company
• Experience of working in a global environment
• Experience of designing and mobilizing programs, at scale. Operationally strong
• Strong written and verbal English and Japanese skills. Must be able to communicate and collaborate with global leaders and colleagues outside Japan
• Clear, confident and courageous communicator; with people across levels
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders and peers
