- 仕事内容
- As a project manager of the digital communication team, you will be responsible for driving DX and implementing the latest technologies related to financial servicesCollaborate with diverse people of marketing managers, software engineers, designers, and others to create user experiences. The projects you will be working on include not only BtoC but also BtoB solutions, and you will be responsible for a wide range of user experience concept definition, information design, specific screen design, and design system definition for various business requirements.
- 必要経験

・Able to communicate accurately based on logical thinking.
・Understanding of the essence of the problem and the ability to make proposals that take the other partner's position into account.
・Able to lead discussions and build consensus with excellent facilitation skills.
・Have appropriate presentation and documentation skills.
・Strong analytical skills, as well as a practical attitude, attention to detail, and excellent business judgment
・Have interest of participating in projects from the upstream process, from creating requirements to being involved in the design of the user experience.
・At least 5 years of experience leading or driving projects in a consulting firm, IT vendor, or operating company
・Understanding and experience in a series of system development, including requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, program development, and testing
・Language Skills: Japanese – Business, English – Business - 予定年収
