- 仕事内容

Our Investment Analyst will develop insights and investment ideas through research, and contribute to the team investment process
Investment
-Play a full and active role in the investment process by writing notes, attending company and team meetings and discussing and presenting investment ideas.
Research
-Undertake company research through the writing of stock notes, results reports and ad hoc sector, country and thematic reviews.
Risk Management
-Maintain up to date knowledge of compliance and dealing procedures and comply with all regulatory, legal, corporate and client mandates.
Marketing/Business Development
-Assist with marketing and business development opportunities and develop client and media-facing skills.
Training and Development
-To maintain (through the appropriate level of Continual Professional Development - CPD) suitable knowledge of our investment process, products & allocated market/sector responsibilities, as well as systems and processes to be able to fulfil tasks to the highest level - 必要経験

• A good Bachelor’s degree or Post-graduate degree, preferably majoring in Business, Economics or Finance
• CFA Level 1 qualified (or working towards)
• Strong academic performance combined with extracurricular interests and achievements
• Strong analytical and research skills as well as intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with ability to manage own workload
• Good influencing skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and respect for others’ views
• Good command of spoken and written English
