・Perform feasibility, economic and financial analyses of new investment and development opportunities
・Review cash flows and financial statements
・Research prospective markets
・Utilize internal and external resources as well as market intelligence to assist in investment strategy
・General support of senior team members in decision-making and strategy execution
・Coordination and preparation of special projects as needed
・General support of senior team members in the due diligence and closing processes - 必要経験

・Native Japanese; business level English
・Three or more years of experience in investments or financial analysis
・Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
・Strong understanding of discounted cash flow analysis
・Strong analytical/quantitative skills
・Strong interpersonal/communication skills - 予定年収
