- 仕事内容

・Manage the production of PE portfolio analytics and client reporting for a growing client base in Japan
・Understand PE investment capabilities with requisite depth and range to be able to develop and deliver client materials
・Partner with PE investment teams, sales, and Tokyo-based reporting team to deliver accurate and in-depth client reporting, client presentations, portfolio analysis and commentary
・Conduct thorough client meeting preparation and attend the meetings; research each client/prospect/consultant in advance of their meeting and present preparatory materials
・Answer client inquiries regarding portfolio data inclusive of fund performance, investment details, and market outlook
・Work closely with the NY-based investment teams in gathering necessary data and information for quarterly reporting, consultant surveys, and other relevant client inquiries
・Work closely with sales and product management teams in East Asia on business development opportunities.
・Prepare analysis for RFP’s and final presentations, and participate in client onboarding - 必要経験

・3+ years post-graduate experience in asset management with experience in PE products and strategies
・Knowledge of PE Investment and portfolio analysis inclusive of performance, attribution, and exposure
・Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work within a dynamic and deadline driven environment
・Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required (VBA, SQL, Python experience a plus)
・Excellent written and oral communication skills in both of Japanese and English. Accountable with excellent attention to detail
・Ability to communicate effectively with subject matter experts and incorporate edits based on instructions from investment, sales, and legal teams - 予定年収
