・Management Support (Global Operations Management, Japan Operations Management)
・Financial Management: budgeting, reporting, cost control and analysis (Global / Regional)
・Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
・Organizational development and people management
・Department administration
The candidate will join the Japan Operations - Business Management Team. He/she will work closely with Finance, HR, Technology and others to deliver financial reports / analysis to management and to provide administrative services to Japan Operations.
Responsibilities:
・Financial management
- Prepare cash / fiscal budgets
- Prepare regular/ad-hoc financial reports, including explanations for budget/actual variances
- Analyse cost structure; plan and promote cost optimization activities
- Forecast and control expense, headcount and cost allocations
- Report to Operations Management and Business Managers in the front offices
・Department administrative services
・Ad-hoc tasks / project-work, as required - 必要経験

・Sound knowledge of financial management, the financial industry and technology
・Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in use of relevant technology tools
・Communication skills for effective interaction with domestic (native-level Japanese) and global (English-speaking) counterparts
・Team player who can contribute effectively to the organisation’s goals and activities
・Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn - 予定年収
