    ・Expand AUM and a client/investor (“clients”) base
    ・Develop new products and win separate account investments by understanding client’s needs, interest, expectations, investment criteria (“needs”)
    Key Responsibilities:
    ・Actively manage and enhance relationships with both domestic and overseas existing clients and prospects, and identify their needs in order to secure mandates and build new separate accounts/NAC
    ・Domestic clients: to identify their needs for inbound/outbound/fund investments and to lead to the execution of the investment in deals/products
    ・Overseas clients: to work in concert with Client Portfolio Management/Product Management teams and fund/acquisition managers, and to lead to the execution of the investment in Japanese deals/products
    ・Work closely with various in house Real Estate offices around the globe to collect and coordinate information on overseas investment opportunities and products, effectively communicate those with domestic clients and provide the most suitable proposals/suggestions
    ・Effectively represent team capabilities and products that meet the unique needs of each client
    ・After the execution/closing of the transaction, actively participate with AM and FM teams, assisting and ensuring asset managers to prepare annual Asset Business Plans and mid-year review for each investment, including asset strategy, budget, hold/sell analysis, and present those to clients in cooperation with AM and FM teams
    ・Prepare regular reports according to standard template and clients’ requirements
    ・Act as bridge/point of contact between clients, AM and FM teams and acquisition teams
    ・Be knowledgeable about domestic and overseas clients’ needs and share with teams in a timely and effective manner, and contribute to product development

    The main role of this position is to create and execute promotion strategy for specific investment products and solutions collaborating with sales team and other stakeholders. This includes provision of materials related fund promotion, client visit for seminar or presentation, service as a proxy of Portfolio Managers.     •Creates promotion strategy for specific products and solutions including fund proposition.
    •Provides contents for fund promotion through digital and print basis.
    •Client visit for presentation and seminar for clients.
    •Act as a proxy of Portfolio Managers for performance review by consulting firm and institutional clients.
    •Support new product development.
    •Provide strategic marketing leadership to grow the business in conjunction with the Marketing Planning team.
    •Develop and implement product marketing programs to leverage the current sales effort and increase assets under management. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure maximum effectiveness of product marketing programs for all products and services.
    •From both a qualitative and quantitative perspective, strategically position our products and create marketing story by collaborating with Product, Investment Directors and Sales team to better develop and promote our products properly within the context of the market environment, industry trend, regulation change etc.
    •Actively work with the business on product development and new business initiatives including market research/analysis.
