- 仕事内容

・Produce and analyse daily funding and allocation P&L.
・Report / Analyse / Consolidate Unsecured Funding amount for entire firm
・Generate month end journal entries for Treasury position PVs and P&Ls.
・Perform month end close process to ensure all positions are accurately reported in the books and records with P&Ls fully reconciled to daily flash.
・Prepare monthly MI pack for Treasury management that would influence strategic decision making.
・Responsible for managing and hedging firm wide FX risk from trading and banking business.
・Responsible for implementing Treasury Fund Transfer Pricing policy to ensure accurate and timely allocation of Treasury funding cost to business
・Working closely with line PC and trading desks for ad-hoc request regarding funding charge explanation.
・Partnering with technology and other corporate divisions to drive process efficiencies and scalable infrastructure
・Responding to ad hoc reporting requests from Treasury desk and finance management.
・There are a number of large global projects being led within Finance, participation will be required - 必要経験

・Energetic self-starter with strong drive for increasing knowledge
・Prior experience in controller position, preferably Product Control, minimum 2 years
・Strong accounting background and basic finance knowledge
・Strong technical and analytical skill, be able to solve problems independently.
・Good Excel skill, be able to automate process with basic formulas. Macro is a plus but not necessary.
・Fluent English and basic Japanese skill is mandatory, business level Japanese is a plus.
・Good communication and persuasive skill - should be able to express our needs and request to other teams and sell ideas to other divisions.
