Position Overview
This position will play an integral role in leading the deal of the inhouse raw materials, license, equipment. They will work closely with production technology unit, SCM, legal and other business partners across the region and country.
Your Role
• Create a strong vendor basis.
• Negotiate prices for raw material, manufacturing equipment and licenses with suppliers.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor trends of the global supply markets and evaluate early signs of potential irregularities or short falls.
• Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety.
• Act as part of the team coordinating changes or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material flow.
• Drive continuous improvements and optimization processes. - 必要経験

• Sufficient professional experience in procurement, preferably with leadership experience in a global organization
• Experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry will be a plus.
• Experienced with SAP will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic, as well as conceptual skills
• Excellent English language skills
