- · Achieve successful primary and secondary syndication including origination, structuring, documentation, distribution and execution
· Achieve secondary loan distribution
· Establish strong working relationships with the coverage and structured finance product teams
· Maintain good connection with investors and borrowers
· Maintain good working relationships and team spirit within the team
· Support senior member of the team - 必要経験
- · Experience in commercial banking business is required
· Ideally knowledge of syndicated loan market, debt capital market in Japan including lending practice in Japan, financial/credit analysis, legal documents and information tool (LoanConnector, Refinitiv, etc.) - 予定勤務地
