本格参入した最先端AI技術を活用したがんなどの先進的免疫療法に特化した創薬事業における事業開発・研究企画支援
① Project Management in English, including domestic and international group companies and partners.(Manage timeline/status, maintain/update project plan/schedule, join meetings w/technical understanding and takes minutes, meeting facilitations (going forward), interactions w/external business partners, internal subsidiaries)
国内外のグループ会社および提携先を含めた英語によるプロジェクト管理
② Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks. Monitor resource availability and make adjustments as necessary.
③ Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to prevent delays or deviations from project goals.
④ Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage financial aspects of projects. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
⑤ Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project goals.
⑥ Support the activities and operations involving our overseas subsidiaries including negotiation of joint research and development agreements (Point of contact for contract negotiation, research collaboration, inter-company contracts legal/IP aspects) 海外子会社の事業推進支援、パートナー企業の維持・開拓、共同研究・開発の契約交渉
⑦ Contribute to selected business development, strategy planning and research projects, by leveraging his/her specific technical expertise (i.e., Life Sciences, AI, Bioinformatics, Clinical Research).
⑧ Work closely with senior management to align plans with corporate goals. - 必要経験

・複数プロジェクトを同時に管理できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力あるいはその素質
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 860以上）
・生命科学、薬学、バイオインフォマティクス、または関連分野の学士号以上。免疫腫瘍学分野の上級学位をお持ちであれば尚可。(修士号、博士号保持者歓迎）
・積極的に海外子会社やパートナー企業、研究所をはじめとした社内関係者と関わりあえるコミュニケーションスキル - 予定年収
