- ・You will manage front desk reception area, break room, conference room/s, and storage facilities for the office.
・You will answer all incoming calls and are responsible for greeting office visitors and coordinating guest access with building security.
・You will receive and organize deliveries and shipments, oversee office supply inventory and place orders, unpack and stock supplies.
・You will process vendor invoices and support accounting/financing.
・You will liaise with building management and other tenants, facilitate office upkeep and repairs, plan and execute office events, place food/beverage orders for meetings/events assist with new projects and maintain conference room calendar.
・You will support office executives when required.
・You will support the Compliance team and other departments when required. - 必要経験
- ・Our ideal candidate will be a proactive, well organised and goal-oriented person who can work well under pressure, problem solver and team player.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Office suite
・Minimum 2 years relevant experience
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including social and conflict management.
・Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
・Experience in HR and simple finance is ideal - 予定勤務地
