This role plays a key function to deliver high quality reporting, but with a bias towards showcasing our ESG credentials. The role will co-work with FIL ESG Group including FIJ’s Head of Engagement, and also to support other client documentation production for all business channels in Japan.
・Manage the production of ESG type reporting which includes client reporting and stewardship code reporting
・Work as a partner of the investment management Engagement team and Sales to support gaining new/additional cash in in various stages
・Prepare both of regular and ad-hoc reporting and commentary editing, showcasing the best of Fidelity
・Analyze new reporting requirement and arrange the new format and feasibility study to deliver best in class output
・Conduct quality checking before client delivery Function as a central point of contact in the ESG/engagement reporting area
・Support ESG team and Head of Engagement to articulate their engagement activities in Japanese/English reporting
・Attend client meetings with ESG team when necessary
・Collaborate with Marketing team to create an effective brochure to introduce our ESG capabilities to the public
・Support additional client reporting / administration needs as required - 必要経験

・Ability to understand business model of investee companies
・Knowledge about valuation methodology of investee companies
・Knowledge about ESG and SDGs
・Passion to learn new global trend of ESG
・Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial service industry
・Excellent report writing skill in Japanese
・Translation skill between Japanese and English
・Strong desire to deliver high quality client services
・Accuracy and attention to detail
・Team player with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills
・Understanding of the asset management industry and relevant knowledge of investment process, institutional client servicesand regulations governing asset management is preferable
・An inquisitive mind and a passion for solving problems and building solutions
・Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
・Preferably degree educated - 予定年収
