    The Relationship Management Analyst plays an important role in supporting the business development efforts of the Relationship Managers through sales support and research activities of prospects and clients. Through continual hands on training and support/direction from manager, the Relationship Management Analyst is expected to proactively study the Investor Services industry and our sales, relationship management, and operational processes, with the intention of assuming the role of a Relationship Manager in time. The Relationship Management Analyst plays an important role in the research and presentation of our practices, data and trends to assist in the completion of Request for Proposal documents.

    Sales Support and Relationship Management
    ・Assist with sales/relationship management efforts
    ・Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals for Investor Services products
    ・Prepare responses to requests for information and proposals for review by Relationship Manager
    ・Attend client meetings and calls with Relationship Managers

    Research and Analysis
    ・Identify, recommend and create new tools for defining prospects
    ・Under supervision, create pro-forma profitability and revenue projections for new business bids for existing and new clients
    ・Conduct and present detailed market and specific company research, including detailed profiling of prospects’ businesses to identify current service providers, estimates of current fees, and product details for review by Relationship Manager
    ・Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives
    ・Various other ad hoc assignments, including financial modeling with direction from manager

    Relationship Support
    ・Responsible for creating, editing and monitoring all client account documentation within the team
    ・Supports various ad hoc projects to document legal and operational requirements of clients
    ・Produces all client and prospect presentations
    ・Coordinates all client events
    ・Assists Relationship Managers with the execution of the deliverables on the client's relationship plan as required

    Planning and Strategy
    ・Contribute to strategic planning and special projects by gathering information on market segments and clients as part of the sales and relationship plan

    ・Challenge all processes, procedures and practices
    ・Help to enhance the productivity of the unit
    ・Gain efficiencies to improve individual productivity

    Client Service

    ・Partner with all groups where FX Services has a presence including New York, London, Krakow, Tokyo and Hong Kong to provide consistent operational support across FX products
    ・Handle client inquiries in effective and timely manner
    ・Be familiar with department, firm and industry initiatives affecting our clients
    ・Gain sufficient knowledge to anticipate questions and/or issues raised by our clients
    ・Support local Client Service Group (CSG), Relationship Manager (RM) and FX Relationship Manager (FXRM) in managing client queries and escalations

    Control and Risk Management
    ・Oversee the day to day activities of direct reports.
    ・Ensure all client legal, tax and documentation related issues are appropriately documented.
    ・Act as the primary point of escalation for Systems, Operations, and Risk/Control for any client related issues and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures.
    ・Review and discuss issues requiring escalation with Sr. Management.

    Client Servicing and Inquiry Response:

    ・Provide filtering and escalation for client requests; Serve as an escalation point for client service issues and deliverables.
    ・Establish appropriate contacts within client organizations and internal departments.
    ・Work closely with Client Service Relationship Managers to stay abreast of client goals and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
    ・Build overall credibility and foster trust with clients.

    Leadership and Staff Supervision:
    ・Promote a cohesive team atmosphere through exhibiting strong leadership, effective communication, professionalism, and development of individual career paths
    ・Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants.
    ・Oversee and ensure training and cross training of employees on relevant job functions to develop breadth and depth of knowledge.
    ・Participate in inter departmental and cross Line of Business Project teams.
    ・Complete and oversee the completion of the BBH annual performance review process.
    ・Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance. Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees falling below set expectations.
    ・Assist in managing team expenses.

    Technology / Productivity/ Innovation:
    ・Review and stream line functional tasks for maximum efficiency.
    ・Realize team efficiencies through increased automation and organize workflows.
    ・Lead and assist in implementing the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions.
