- 仕事内容

The graduate is responsible for working closely with the investment team members and supporting portfolio operations and analyses on various multi-asset products; retail funds, customized multi asset portfolios for institutional clients and mandates.
・Work with a team of investment professionals responsible for active multi asset portfolios, including daily operations, reporting and related research on portfolio management
-Portfolio management and daily fund operation
-Portfolio analysis, reviews and reporting
-Produce and update pitch books, market reports and respond to ad-hoc queries from internal/external clients
-Improve operational processes to make them more efficient
-Support other internal colleagues (product, sales, ops) on growth of AUM in multi asset products and mandates - 必要経験

・Detail-oriented, accurate, analytical, and organized with excellent follow-through
・Strong interest in the financial markets and desire to build knowledge of portfolio management
・A self-starter able to work independently with creativity and thrive in a team centric environment
・Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and confidence of colleagues
・Must be resident in Japan
・Native level Japanese and business level English required
・Excellent communication skills
・Quantitative/IT facility
・Highest standards of professional ethics and integrity
・Recent graduate with a maximum of two years’ working experience prior to or after graduation - 予定年収
