仕事内容

・As a deputy to the head of Japan Compliance, Lead and manage the department in executing the compliance oversight program to comply applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
・Ensure the effective identification, measurement, control, and management of compliance risk.
・Oversee the monitoring of applicable regulatory changes and take appropriate actions.
・Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, internal and external advisors and other internal control on compliance in the area of responsibility, closely coordinating with senior management of the company.
・Proactively engage with conduct, financial crime, and other control groups across our group as required.
・Proactively support front-line officers and staff, particularly in Sales and Marketing at the time they need compliance support.

必要経験

・7+ years of overall Compliance experience, including 5+ years of experience in Type 1 business.
・Strong knowledge of JFSA, JSDA, and FFAJ regulations.
・Tertiary-related qualifications including Diploma or Degree or Professional Qualifications.
・Fluency in Spoken and Written Japanese
・Basis competency in spoken and written English.
・Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel Skills
