It is necessary for us to expand business development capabilities to capture growth in competitive semiconductor market and to achieve our 2030 aspirational target ($20B + Revenue, Top 3 Embedded semiconductor player, 6x Market Ca.).
This position will be engaged in strategic agendas as a senior member of strategy group which is well globalized and directly under CFO.
Your Role
• Planning and execution of company strategy
• Planning and execution of M&A (together with M&A execution team)
• Managing operation matters from corporate perspectives (e.g. R&D project) - 必要経験

• Min. 4 years of experience of relevant job. Experience in management consulting company or business development division of corporate is highly preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning projects in consulting firm
• Excellent analytical and project management skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable to work in an environment with multiple interests and able to navigate the projects under urgent and sensitive circumstances.
• Flexibility to catch up requirements for strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent language skills (both English and Japanese) - 予定年収
