- 仕事内容

• Actively participate in all phases of the investment process from property acquisition and due diligence, asset management to disposition
• Financial modelling, underwriting, and valuation of real estate investments (new opportunities and existing projects) to support acquisition, asset management, and divestment activities
• Drafting of investment memorandums for both internal investment committee and external client presentations
• Quarterly reporting for both internal and external client needs, including quarterly reports, valuations, webcasts, business plans, budgets, etc.
• Day-to-day communication with operating partners and other professionals supporting execution of the business plan - 必要経験

• Outstanding academic credentials
• 2-3 years work experience in real estate / investment industry (preferably real estate investment)
• Proficiency in financial modeling skills is a must
• Strong work ethics and integrity, a team player who is pro-active and motivated
• Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Native Japanese and business English ability - 予定年収
