- 仕事内容

1. Equity Raising
・Manage communication including Q&A with securities firms, gate keepers, investors under the direction of Sub-fund manager and Fund manager.
・Manage the equity related documentation.
・Support drafting presentation materials and manage the versions in cooperation with Research & Strategy.
・Update and manage the investors’ information such as names, profiles, persons in charge, investment criteria, appetite, amounts, approval process, etc.
2. Debt Arrangement
・Manage communication with key mega banks for debt arrangement under the direction of Sub-fund manager and Fund manager.
Negotiating the debt terms and manage the execution.
3. Fund Management
・Support the Sub FM and FM in performing various FM activities as below
・Preparing the semi-annual investor report
・Reviewing investment proposals prepared by the acquisitions team
・Reviewing the annual budget of the assets prepared by the AM team
4. Fund Administration and filing management
・Manage the fund administration and compliance matters, including Web site management, asset related documents filing management, compliance related procedures, internal fund management process management according to internal rules.
5. Financial Model
・Support the Portfolio Manager to manage the fund model.
・Not limited to these responsibilities but other related activities. - 必要経験
-
・5 years+ extensive work experience in the real estate investment industry – fund/asset management firm, securities firm, mega bank or trust bank.
・Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
Good verbal and written English skills preferred.
・Strong interpersonal skills are required – this position needs to communicate with several internal and external parties.
・Work experience in Japanese large organization and understanding of how to communicate with people working in the institutional organization.
・Firm knowledge and experience of debt arrangement including negotiation with lenders.
・Firm knowledge and experience of leading and managing real estate transactions and asset management.
・Understanding and firm skill of underwriting and modeling of investments.
・Must be independent worker and team player. - 予定年収
