- Our East Asia marketing team supports rapid growth of our business. The goal of the team is to strengthen the presence and credibility of the firm in the region (Japan and Korea) aligned with global initiatives.
- This role is responsible for leading the effort to showcase our investment capabilities as well as attractive investment opportunities through media relations, client events (both in-person and on-line) and thought leadership (translating content from investment professionals, developing content locally). The topics are quite diverse from Equity (global/Japanese), Fixed Income, Private Asset, Multi-Asset to ESG.

Responsibilities:
[Media Relations] (40%)
• Build strong relationship with media. Seek impactful publicity and exposure on influential media to introduce NB’s investment capabilities and strengthen our brand closely working with investment professionals as well as Head of East Asia.
• Lead and develop advertisements for influential media to showcase investment strategies our manages and ESG capability.

[Client events] (40%)
• Plan and organize on-site/off-site events for existing investors/prospects to showcase investment opportunities our offers collaborating with local client coverage team and investment professionals.

[Thought Leadership] (20%)
• Support to create thought leadership content which covers topics across Equity, Fixed Income, Private Asset and ESG Investing, and translate English content into Japanese, vice versa.

必要経験

• English business level
• Media relations job experience in finance industry
• Excellent skills in communication, writing and proof reading
• Strong interest in NB in terms of business and culture
• Managing client events and marketing experience in asset management firm preferred
• Eager to learn and create value, motivated and well-organized
