・Monitors and escalates operational incidents, credit alerts, and trading account setup requests
・Coordinates new product approval process within operations
・Monitors business key risk indicators and escalates high risk items to operations management
・Generates control highlights for operations management
・Validates audit issue actions taken by operations
・Assists business in enhancing operational process standards and control documentation
・Coordinates and leads control improvement activities within operations - 必要経験
