Support to develop capital solutions including reinsurance to make better use of capital and optimize the balance sheet
Conduct financial analyses to execute capital solutions including reinsurance
Produce required metrics and sensitivities for capital management purpose
Coordinate with internal and external parties to execute capital solutions including reinsurance
Manage a small team - 必要経験
-
・Life Insurance experience or comparable financial industry experience
・Working experience in the insurance or finance fields for 5 plus years
・Ability to drive a business proposal from idea formulation to implementation.
・Negotiation skills
・Business writing skills, presentation skills
・Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
・Qualifications: Actuarial skills at associate level and above
・Japanese: native proficiency
・English: fluent proficiency. Interacting with counterparts in other countries, especially in the US, is likely
