The MNC Relationship Manager performs a relationship management role typically in a corporate banking function, focusing on client acquisition and client management.
Type of service provided for corporates are (not limited): bank guarantees, cash management, account receivables purchase program, suppliers financing program, deposits, hedging (FX, IRS), financing solutions, others.
Relationship Manager role for portfolio of multinational corporates clients in Japan
Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation (pricing, financing structure etc.) sessions with clients so as to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings
Cross business communication with bankers in the bank’s overseas network
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product specialists, to deliver seamless and comprehensive banking solutions to clients
Supporting the team in transversal tasks, such as:
- Helping for internal reporting related to commercial activity (deal tracker, revenue reports, pipeline, call memo, etc.)
- Providing support for preparation of marketing documents such as pitch books
- Conducting company and industry research
- Preparing credit memo related information for internal committee
- Assisting for new client onboarding process (KYC) and maintaining related regular review - 必要経験

Japanese fluency and English language proficiency (minimum TOEIC 900)
At least above 5 years’ experience in corporate banking and capital markets solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Meticulous, strong attention to details
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate and resilient
University educated with a degree in Business, Finance or related subject - 予定年収
