- 仕事内容
-
-Responsible for asset management activities of properties, including tracking performance on a monthly basis with budget and underwriting and assisting/solving by identifying issues
-Working closely with the hotel team in Japan and on-site hotel team to create and execute the strategic plan for each hotel
-Managing the asset management for hotels, including lease negotiation for tenant spaces
-Supporting to produce monthly financials, budget and business plan for the hotels
-Producing reports on a regular basis for the client
-Research and analyze market data
-Managing Capex projects for the hotels
-Providing guidance and direction to the junior staff to ensure the above responsibilities are well handled - 必要経験
-
・3+ years of experience in a related field
・VP level candidate must have experience in real estate and/or hospitality assets
・Strong MS excel & financial skills (Candidate may be required to complete financial modeling test)
・Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
・Goal-orientated with excellent self-motivation
・Business level English proficiency is a plus - 予定年収
