- 仕事内容

• Performing in-depth research and financial analysis on private equity-backed companies in various sectors
• Drive underwriting and diligence workstreams, including review of target information, preparation of due diligence materials, screening and formal investment committee memos, and leading discussions and presentations with investment committee
• Interacting with external parties, such as industry experts and investment bankers, as well as with other areas of the firm internally, to enhance due diligence insights and identify new opportunities
• Negotiate term sheets, commitment letters and credit agreements
• Monitoring and reporting on firm’s existing investments; communicate updates to the investment committee (orally and written)
• Cultivating relationships with private equity sponsors and investment banks to support origination efforts - 必要経験

• Extensive financial, investment and credit analysis skills
• At least 6 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private credit, and/or private equity. Buyside experience preferred
• Strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form
• Show initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving; demonstrated experience in conducting research and interacting with others to develop solutions
• Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail
• Team-player attitude with a desire to contribute to the growth of the platform
