- 仕事内容

・Support or lead to develop strategies for both company-wide and specific areas, includingmedium-term management plan.
・Support a critical project led by other Depts as a biz architecture to make its projection plan aligned and affective enough to achieve an objective.
・Conduct analyses on the markets, industries, biz impacts, organization capabilities and other specific themes to find out opportunities and/or solutions.
・Evaluate the investment/alliance, M&A opportunities, etc for senior management to make a decision. - 必要経験

・Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a financial industry. Life insurance experience is preferred.
・Financial analysis skills including valuation.
・Logical thinking
・Communication skills in both oral and writing. English is not a must but an advantage.
・Excel, Word, Powerpoint, skills etc necessary for an analysis and a presentation.
・Individual contributor and self-starter but strong team worke - 予定年収
