- 仕事内容

Portfolio Management
・Oversee portfolio reforecasting models; including and not limited to update and scenarios analysis, sensitivities and stress test analyses;
・Collaborate with all key functions (Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Fund Operations), enhance and standardized internal investment and capital management tools and processes to facilitate operational efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis
・Lead the preparation of accurate and insightful analytics for the quarterly investor reports, annual plans and ad hoc requests from the Capital;
・Prepare, and build report and analysis of the investment portfolio;
・Lead, coordinate and track progress of the investor reports;
・Provide data analytics, identify trends and risk that supports management decision making, risk mitigation and identification of portfolio growth opportunities;
・Improve reporting and data visualization to facilitate better discussion with the Capital.
Research & data management
・Conduct ad hoc market research and provide analysis of economic indicators, demographic data and trade area data to identify market trends and investment opportunities.
・Data collection and processing of both structured and unstructured data from internal files and files prepared by external vendors.
Middle Management
・Have oversight over junior team members task and quality control of output.
・Resource allocation to junior team members. - 必要経験
-
・7 to 10 years’ experience in a financial institution or real estate investment companies with knowledge of real estate market.
・University degree in finance, accounting, business administration or real estate. Professional qualifications or post graduate qualifications (MBA) are an asset.
・Proven financial, valuation, modelling and analytical skills, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage workstreams.
・Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), programming language and or coding.

・Ability to interpret and clean up complex data and results into usable information.
