- 仕事内容

・Work with payroll vendors to calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees.
• Keep accurate records of employee payroll data, including tax withholdings, benefits, and other relevant information.
• Support New Hire and Termination Paperwork and enter necessary information into the payroll system.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and answer employee questions regarding payroll, paychecks and tax-related matters.
• Provide suggestions on process improvement so as to maximize work efficiency
• Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the HR/Payroll/Office Administration and the company.
• Handle miscellaneous HR/Payroll/Office Admin duties involved errands.
• Cover other team members when they are not at work due to vacation, illness, etc. - 必要経験

・What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
• Excellent command of Japanese is a must
• Business level English communication skill
• Three to five years of relevant Payroll experience
• Knowledge of labor law principles, practices, HR policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory framework
• Ability to work at a high standard on time sensitive deliverable in a complex matrixed organization with both local, regional and global stakeholders
• Ability to successfully accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge on protocol and Japanese manners
