- 仕事内容
-
・All aspects of acquisition operations, including site search, negotiations, etc.
・Create detailed financial model (Excel) and return sensitivity analysis with highly complex deal structures.
・Participate in drafting acquisition proposals to Investment Committee for approval of transaction.
・Conduct market analysis
・Review leases, abstracts, contracts, financial statements and research tenant information to evaluate credit-worthiness, growth prospects, business outlook, etc.
・Conduct and review due diligence reports and information. - 必要経験

・Around 5 years of real estate development or real estate investment experience (data center and logistics/distribution center preferred)
・Business level English skill
・Experience of real estate valuation and investment/financial analysis(income/expense simulations, etc.)
・Advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
・An undergraduate degree is required with a track record of academic excellence. MBA is a plus.
・Real Estate Brokerage License (Takken) and ARES Certified Master (Fudosan ・Shokenka Kyokai Nintei Master) is a plus
・Possess the analytical skills and professional ability to execute acquisitions independently - 予定年収
