- Duties and Objectives. It is our intention that you will serve as Marketing Manager, Japan. Duties and responsibilities associated with and related to this position include but are not limited to:
Description of Duties:
•Integrate overall marketing strategic vision to grow the base of clients and marketing ROI with particular focus on optimizing funnel efficiency from applications to funded and traded accounts.
•Drive acquisition performance through continuous optimization of creative, messaging, onboarding and investment.
•Developing the our brand plan, aligning with global direction but executing with local flair to cut-through the clutter of financial service providers in Japan.
•Work with central creative teams and local partners to execute the brand vision for our
•Deliver high-profile strategic marketing projects and product releases: working with global teams to ensure localization requirements are comprehended and delivered on time including reporting and analytics post launch.
•Work closely with CVM teams to lead improvements in client comms across the client lifecycle : optimising onboarding to drive conversion rates, reactivating inactive clients, reducing churn and working to increase client value over time.
•Define the High Net Worth proposition and execute initiatives including offline events to drive switcher activity.
•Own website and user journeys including site navigation and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion.
•Work closely with SEO to ensure best practice is adopted, driving discoverability and organic traffic.
•Compile and deliver weekly, monthly reports detailing the month’s activity and performance against KPIs. - 必要経験
- •Bachelor’s degree in Internet or finance majors is preferred
•Fluent Japanese on both written and spoken.
•Daily English communication skill is needed
