- 仕事内容
-
・Originate real estate transactions for our various mandates including our Asia Opportunity series (opportunistic), our Japan Property Fund (core) and separate accounts and one-off (valueadd), by using brokerage relationships, direct contact with property owners and banking relationships.
・Collect the latest market information and share with the underwriting
team.
・Act as an interface with the brokers and owners and facilitate smooth
executions of transactions
・Originate M&A opportunities, NPLs and structured debt transactions.
・Find domestic investors for one-off transactions, bridge equity, co
investment and JVs. - 必要経験

・Good track record of real estate sourcing
