- 仕事内容

• Drive end-to-end product development and management processes
• Collaborate closely with APAC/global teams and local business units
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting product offerings - 必要経験

• Knowledge and Experience: Should possess extensive knowledge and experience in product development, including strong project management capabilities. Relevant expertise may include regulations, product structuring, offshore funds, operations, fund administration, and/or custody. Exposure to private assets is considered a plus.
• Communication Skills: Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with and coordinate among stakeholders.
b• Language Skills: Excellent command of both Japanese and English, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Analytical Skills: Should have strong analytical and quantitative skills, complemented by solid PC proficiency.
• Initiative: Must be a proactive team player, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals.
