仕事内容

Assist the Regional Co-Head of Research & Strategy in developing investment strategies, with a primary focus on Japan with and an ambition to expand beyond.
Conduct country research and strategy work, including - - -
Prepare focused market research reports to support decision making on acquisitions and
dispositions.
Collect, analyze and interpret macroeconomic, financial and property market data.
Identify and monitor short-to-long-term changes and secular trends in capital markets and
real estate markets that are relevant to investment strategies.
Preparation of presentations to investors and to support the marketing of LaSalle's products.
Assist regional strategy products such as House View, Fair Value Analysis, etc.
Contribute to global research and strategy projects.

必要経験

Bachelors’ or advanced degree is required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Real Estate, Urban Engineering, Geography, or related fields, though other academic backgrounds will be considered.
Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not a requirement.
Fluent (native-level) spoken and written Japanese language skills are required. Intermediate English reading, writing and speaking abilities are sufficient initially, with the expectation that candidates will progress to communicate effectively with internal and external clients as they develop in the role.
Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Data analysis skills or aptitude for supporting data-driven investment research are required.
Detail-oriented with good commercial awareness and the ability to organize work effectively and contribute to team initiatives.
Proactive self-starter with a team-centric mentality with strong interpersonal skills.
