- 仕事内容
- General HR Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team
• Prepare HR-related documentation, including employment letters, and maintain accurate records
• Process invoices and support vendor management and payment administration
• Manage HR transactions related to new hires, employee changes, and terminations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel files
• Provide accurate HR data and reports on both a regular and ad hoc basis
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday (HR system)
• Support the coordination and logistics of internal events, training sessions, and workshops
• Other HR duties as assigned
Recruitment Support
・Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with hiring departments and external recruitment agencies
・Support logistics aspect of end-to-end recruitment activities, including CV management, approval processes, background checks, and pre-employment documentation
・Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials, and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires - 必要経験
- ・ Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
・Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent experience
・Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with flexibility and willingness to learn
・Strong attention to detail and high awareness of confidentiality and data sensitivity
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
・Fluent in Japanese
・At least conversational level in English - 予定勤務地
