- Lead the Procurement Team in the Seoul Office as a hands-on 'playing manager' to expand procurement capability and deliver cost-effective, differentiated, and innovative Korea-made food products to all overseas sales regions.
This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, excellent relationship-building and networking with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and close coordination with Procurement teams in Tokyo and Shanghai and Sales companies in foreign markets.
The position also holds accountability for Seoul Office P&L, people leadership, and overall office administration. - 必要経験
